On June 3, Governor Cuomo announced that outdoor dining at restaurants would also be permitted in the Phase 2 reopening and released additional guidance for Outdoor and Take-Out/Delivery Food Services. A number of Canandaigua-area restaurants and food service establishments are actively opening outdoor seating in accordance with this guidance; Finger Lakes Visitors Connection and the Canandaigua Business Improvement District are both maintaining evolving lists of openings for us to enjoy – check them out!
While Phase 3 industries – Food Service and Personal Care – have yet to get the green light to reopen beyond what Phase 1 and 2 permit, the Governor’s Office just released reopening guidance, affirmation forms and business safety templates so that businesses can start preparing now in anticipation of Phase 3. Check them out, below:
Need PPE supplies to support your reopening? Our friends at Finger Lakes Visitors Connection are still surveying businesses to participate in a joint buying cooperative for PPE supplies. Participate in the survey here. They have also gathered a number of other helpful resources and recorded webinars in their Covid-19 Toolkit – be sure to take a look!
